Hey Lash Barbs! My name is Yaye and thank you for trusting me to do your lashes. 

 

There are a few rules and regulations below so please read carefully before booking.

Payments: A $15 deposit is required to book. All deposits can be sent via CASHAPP ($YayeDiop) OR ZELLE. Failure to send deposit will lead to your appointment being canceled. The remaining balance can be paid via Cash, Cashapp, or Zelle.

 

Late Policy: After 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, a $15 late fee is required. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled.

 

Cancellation/Rescheduling: Please reach out 773-595-0223 if you are rescheduling. Deposit can go towards the next appointment only once, anytime after that, a new deposit is required. You have 24 hours to cancel an appointment. Failure to cancel 24 hours before an appointment is due, will lead to you being banned from booking.

 

Squeeze ins: There is a $30 extra fee for all squeeze ins. Any appointments before 10am and after 5pm is considered a squeeze in.

 

Fill ins: You are allowed to get a fill in on the same set twice. After the second time, you will have to get a new set. 40% of your lashes must still be on when booking a fill in.

Appointment confirmations will be sent out after booking. You receive a text or an email and you are required to confirm your appointment 24 hours prior to appointment. Failure to confirm appointment will result in your appointment being canceled.

 

BE MINDFUL THEY ARE LASHES. THEY COULD FALL OFF! AFTER THE FIRST 2 DAYS, THERE CAN BE NO CHANGES DONE TO YOUR LASHES. ALL CLIENTS ARE ASKED IF THEY LIKE THEIR LASHES BEFORE LEAVING. IF MISHAPS OCCUR WITHIN THE FIRST TWO DAYS, I CAN FIX IT. AFTER 2 DAYS, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO BOOK A FILL IN.
